“Think On” is the motto of Clan MacLellan of Scotland, commemorating the bold statement made by a knight of the clan to the king of England when that king hesitated to fulfill his promise to restore family lands. It is a call to stand firm in your convictions, a reminder that strength and honor still have a place in this world, and it is the heart and soul of the Original Wolfgear brand and this website.
The Power of a Name.
The name MacLellan is one of the oldest in southern Scotland. It can be translated to mean "son of the friend of the wolf" and the story of the MacLellan Clan only gets better from there. Our clan history is filled with outlandish tales of boldness and bravery, of warriors that stood up for honor and would not be dominated by tyrants. It is in this wolflike spirit of ancient resolve that we inaugurated Balmaclellan.com to equip your inner warrior so you can tell the world to "Think On."
